Your account

The Account page shows who you are signed in as, how much you have used the service each month, and your API keys. Open it from the menu under your name, at the top right of every portal page, once you are signed in.

Who you are signed in as

The page shows the email address you signed in with and the organisation your account belongs to. Everything on the page is your organisation's own record; nobody else's jobs appear there. To change the organisation name or the email address of an account, contact support.

Your first password

Your first sign-in starts from the invitation link we send you: open the link, choose a password (at least 10 characters, typed twice), then sign in with your email address and that password. The invitation link works once; if it has expired, contact support for a new one.

Changing your password

  1. On the Account page, press Email me a reset link. We send a link to the email address you are signed in with.
  2. Open the link in the same browser. It brings you back to the Account page and asks for the new password twice. It must be at least 10 characters long. It also shows the email address of the account whose password you are changing; if that is not your account, close the page.
  3. Press Save the new password, then sign in again with the new password. A sign-in that is already open on another device or browser can stay open for up to an hour after the change; to end it sooner, sign out there.

The link works once and expires after a short time. If it has expired, sign in and send a new one. We change a password only through a link sent to your email, so someone who finds a browser you left signed in cannot change your password without your mailbox. If you have forgotten your password and cannot sign in, contact support.

Usage by month

One row per calendar month (UTC), newest first, counted from when each line was submitted:

Older months stay in the table after the jobs themselves have been removed (job files are kept for 7 days after release, or after a job stops; see Your data).
