Depth targets from your magnetic and gravity survey lines
Cauchy reads the magnetic or gravity readings along your survey lines and gives you depth targets along each line: where each source sits along the line, how deep it is below the survey line, and how tightly that depth is read. You check the lines before anything runs, and every result is checked by our team before it is released to you.
What you do
- 1. Upload your surveyASEG-GDF2, CSV, a line database (.zip), a Geosoft database or XYZ file, or a grid. No other organisation can see your files; our team sees them only to check your results and to help you.
- 2. Choose lines and a depthPick the lines on the map, say how deep you are looking.
- 3. We run and check itEach line is processed, then checked by our team before the results are released to you.
- 4. Download the resultsA section picture, a map, a ranked list of targets and a report, with files for your own mapping and drill planning software.
What a depth means
A depth is the depth to a magnetic or gravity source, measured down from the survey line, not a statement that there is ore. When no source can be read clearly, the result says so.
